"Contract and contractual settlement. Types of contracts".

Course contents
Object of the course is an attentive and depth study of the contract, with particular reference to the contractual settlement and to the integration of the agreement. A cycle of lessons is then devoted to the main types of contracts, their discipline and to the legal issues addressed by the case law with regard to the same.
Teaching methods
Lectures, slide presentations and tutorials.The teaching method involves the use of multimedia technology, in order to increase the level of attention and implement student's learning ability.
Assessment methods
Final oral examination and periodic testing of the student's learning level.
Learning outcomes
The teaching method is designed to make the student achieve: 1. Knowledge and understanding; 2. Ability to apply the knowledge gained, even to actual cases; 3. Autonomy of assessment; 4. Ability to communicate, through regular test of the level of learning; 5. Learning skills and critical analysis, even through classroom exercises.

Resta invece esclusa dal programma la Parte III, relativa alla Responsabilità extracontrattuale.
Sui singoli tipi contrattuali, gli studenti dovranno inoltre approfondire le tematiche trattate attraverso lo studio di A. MORA (a cura di), Contratti, atti e clausole, Giuffrè, Milano, 2015.
